5. Trading Guidelines and Responsibilities

 

By participating in our trading program, you agree to refrain from using high-risk or gambling-like trading strategies. All trading activity will be monitored in real-time to ensure compliance with the following guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any fees paid or profits earned.

• High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Opening and closing trades within 90 seconds.
• Arbitrage Trading: Exploiting price differences across brokers or platforms.
• Martingale or Grid Strategies: Increasing trade sizes exponentially to recover losses.
• Copy Trading & Trade Mirroring: Using multiple accounts to replicate trades.
• One-Side Bet: Placing all available capital on a single trade without proper risk management is considered reckless trading and is strictly prohibited.
• Hedging Across Accounts: Placing opposing trades in multiple accounts to manipulate risk or gain an unfair advantage.
• Tick Scalping: Executing trades within a few seconds to take advantage of minor price movements.

 

 

 

• News Trading Guidelines

 

• Traders may engage in news trading only after withdrawing at least 5% of their profits.
• Profits from trades executed during major news events will not be counted unless the withdrawal requirement is met.

 

 

 

• Holding Positions

 

• Traders can hold trades overnight but must monitor risk accordingly.
• Weekend holding is not permitted unless a weekend holding add-on is purchased.
• Trades left open over the weekend without permission will be automatically closed before market closure.

 

 

• Profit and Account Scaling

 

• Profit split percentages can increase based on consistent withdrawals and trading performance.
• Traders who meet scaling requirements can increase their account size up to $1 million.

 

 

• Payout Rules

 

• Payouts are processed weekly by default. Traders may opt for daily payouts with an add-on.

• Account Inactivity

 

• If a trader does not place a trade for 30 consecutive days, their account will be terminated.

6. Trading Account Management and Right of Refusal

 

Funded Vibe reserves the right to terminate the contract with a user at any point during their participation in our trading program. If concerns arise regarding the user’s activity, such as excessive risk-taking or violations of our policies, we will make every effort to contact the user promptly for an interview and discuss the issue. We will work together to find a solution to address the concerns. However, if no resolution is found, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.

 

In addition to the restricted trading practices outlined above, the following trading behaviours are also strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of profits at our sole discretion.

 

 

• Abusing Platform Glitches or Errors: Traders are strictly forbidden from exploiting system bugs, price discrepancies, execution delays, or any platform-related errors for personal gain. If a trader identifies an issue, they are required to report it immediately. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including the reversal of trades and account suspension.

 

• Toxic Flow: Trading activities that negatively affect liquidity providers or disrupt market stability are not permitted. This includes but is not limited to:

 

• Exploiting delayed pricing feeds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Excessive order cancellations that manipulate market conditions.
• Aggressive trading tactics that create market instability.

 

• Gambling and Overlaying: Trading without a structured plan, risk management, or analytical strategy is considered gambling and is strictly prohibited. Examples include:

 

• Executing random trades without a defined strategy.
• Placing excessively large trades relative to the account balance, leading to extreme risk exposure.
• Continuously opening multiple trades with no clear trading objective or plan.

 

 

• Inactivity: Funded Vibe also reserves the right to terminate the user’s account if there has been no activity for 30 days. Active participation in trading is required for continued access to our platform and services.

 

 

By participating in Funded Vibe’s program, you agree to adhere to all guidelines and restrictions outlined in this Agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any fees or profits.

 

 

7. Products and Services

 

• Funded Vibe reserves the right, at its discretion, to limit the availability of products or services to specific individuals, geographic locations, or jurisdictions. This right may be exercised on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, Funded Vibe has the authority to limit the quantity of any products or services offered.

While Funded Vibe makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date, we acknowledge that technology has inherent limitations. • Product prices may change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including any accounts, features, or content) at any time, without prior notice. Funded Vibe will not be held liable for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service, and the user acknowledges and accepts these terms.

 

• Each verified individual is only allowed to maintain one user profile. A verified individual may have up to 10 different accounts. Users are prohibited from allowing others to use their accounts. We will monitor IP addresses, device IDs, and behavioral data to detect any unauthorized trading activity. Users must remain contactable at all times via the phone number and email provided during account verification while holding positions in the markets. If we are unable to contact the user or verify your identity, the account may be suspended.

 

 

 

8. Third-Party Resources

 

• Funded Vibe may provide the user with access to third-party tools or services, over which we have no control, supervision, or input. The user acknowledges and agrees that access to these tools is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, representations, or endorsements of any kind. Funded Vibe disclaims all liability related to the user’s use of these optional third-party tools.

 

• The use of optional third-party tools offered through our website is solely at the user’s own risk and discretion. The user should review and understand the terms and conditions provided by the respective third-party providers before using these tools. In the future, Funded Vibe may introduce new services or features, including new tools and resources, which will also be governed by these Terms of Service.

• Funded Vibe is not responsible for any issues or losses for the user or any third party, unless the company is found to be grossly negligent, acting in bad faith, or committing fraud.

 

• Funded Vibe will not hold the user financially responsible for any losses incurred on their account due to technical issues or unforeseen market movements that could not have been prevented through reasonable risk mitigation strategies.

 

• Funded Vibe does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the User’s use of the services will be error-free, timely, secure, or uninterrupted. Funded Vibe does not warrant that the results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable. The user expressly agrees that their use of, or inability to use, the services is at their own risk.

 

• Funded Vibe, including its directors, employees, partners, agents, contractors, and service providers, will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or any other similar damages, whether based on a contract, negligence, or any other reason. This applies to any issues that come up from using the services or products provided, including errors, omissions, or damages caused by using the services, even if Funded Vibe was told that such issues could happen.

 

 

 

• Refund Policy

 

• The user may cancel their ordered services within 5 days of purchase. However, this right to cancel does not apply once the user has started using the services, which includes opening the first trade on the account.

 

• Either party can terminate this Agreement at any time by providing at least 7 business days’ written notice via email. If the user wishes to cancel the service, they must send a request to [email protected]. We will confirm receipt of the request by email, officially ending the contract.

 

• Refund requests can only be made within 5 days of registration, provided no trading activity has occurred. If no trades have been placed, Funded Vibe will issue a full refund of the registration fee. Once trading begins, the registration fee becomes non-refundable, and no partial or full refunds will be given.

 

• If the user engages in serious prohibited practices, Funded Vibe reserves the right to immediately suspend access to all services and terminate the user’s account without compensation. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any fees paid, including payments for add-on services. Funded Vibe has the sole discretion to determine the severity of the violation and the appropriate actions.

 

• If the user does not activate the Funded Program within 14 calendar days, their account will be suspended. They may request account renewal by emailing [email protected], subject to applicable terms.

 

• In case of an unjustified fee dispute or chargeback, Funded Vibe reserves the right to cease services and refuse future services to the user at its discretion.

 

 

• Risk Disclosure

 

• Funded Vibe does not offer personalized investment advice, business recommendations, or specific analysis of investment opportunities related to trading instruments. Trading in financial markets is inherently risky, and users should be aware that it involves the potential for significant financial loss. • Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for any Submissions you provide, including ensuring that they do not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, and that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Funded Vibe does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any Submission made by users.
